NeuroNet Learning
NeuroNet is a set of learning-readiness programs which use specially-designed physical, verbal and vision exercises to improve coordination, rhythm, vision, listening, speaking, and the coordination of these skills, all of which are essential components in handwriting, reading decoding and math-fact retrieval.
Children who participate in the NeuroNet programs also improve their physical skills such as riding a bike, catching a ball and general coordination. Individual and classroom models of the programs are available for preschool age and up.
Listen, Talk and Write is a program within NeuroNet which targets handwriting accuracy and fluency through specific exercises, while the exercises in the Vision Blocks program build eye-movement coordination, phonemic (sounds) awareness, vocabulary and subitizing (calculating amounts without having to count), all essential skills for reading, math and visual processing, in general.
Speed and Accuracy vs. Speed or Accuracy
Central to the NeuroNet approach is the recognition that a skill must be able to be used in a timely manner in order to be functional in the classroom or on the playing field. Many children learn the mechanics of skills in an isolated setting, but cannot repeat them fast enough for classroom work. For example, children who have learned how to write their letters may still struggle when asked to generate a sentence or a paragraph, because they write so slowly that it hinders their sentence composition. Traditional therapy approaches teach skills in isolation, like handwriting, while NeuroNet integrates timing into the teaching of the skill so that it becomes functionally useful. The NeuroNet programs strive to improve the speed and accuracy networks in the brain.

Interactive Metronome
Many students and working adults do not perform to expectations due to attention or executive functioning difficulties. These can include organization, planning, mental processing, shifting and initiating tasks, attention, impulse control, frustration tolerance and general mental efficiency. Athletic performance requires timing, motor planning and coordination. The Interactive Metronome program improves these mental and physical skills through intensive, timing-based exercises. Interactive Metronome is most beneficial for the older student and adult.
